  • Urbokart reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any return.

If the returned product fails the quality check, the return request will be rejected, and no store credit will be issued.

⏱ Return Request Timeline

  • Return requests must be raised within the time period specified on the product page or communicated by our customer support team.

  • Requests raised after the allowed return window may not be accepted.

💳 Refund Method (Store Credit Only)

  • Urbokart does not provide monetary refunds (cash, bank transfer, card, or UPI) under any circumstances.

  • Once a return is approved, the customer will receive a store credit equivalent to the eligible return amount.

  • Store credits can be used to place an alternative order of the same or lower value on Urbokart.

  • Store credits are non-transferable and may have an expiry period as defined by Urbokart.

💰 Deductions on Returns

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • A shipping fee will be deducted from the return value.

  • Any additional costs incurred due to reverse logistics or handling may also be deducted, if applicable.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product page.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.

  • Products returned without original packaging or missing components.

❌ Rejected / Failed Returns

  • If a returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria, no refund or store credit will be issued.

  • The product may be sent back to the customer at their expense, if applicable.
